Our Customization Process
At Andrea’s Fashions in Los Angeles, we specialize in custom couture gowns designed for life’s most meaningful occasions. From Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dresses to wedding celebrations, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, and gala events, each design is thoughtfully crafted and tailored to reflect your individuality. With over 51 years of experience, we combine expert craftsmanship, exquisite fabrics, and personalized fittings to create gowns that are as unique as the women who wear them.
Our couture process begins with a private styling consultation, where we thoughtfully select your silhouette and design each customized detail — from fabric and color to lacework and hand-applied embellishments. We then create a muslin prototype of your gown, a traditional couture technique that allows us to refine structure and fit with precision.
After perfecting the foundation, you will attend your first fitting in the actual gown in our West Hollywood boutique, followed by a final fitting to ensure impeccable tailoring. The result is a gown that feels as extraordinary as the occasion itself.
